The M-6250 is a high-performance distribution amplifier purpose-built for installations that demand clean power delivery and seamless integration with external audio sources. Delivering 55 watts per channel at 8 Ω and 85 watts at 4 Ω, it provides the backbone for robust whole-home audio systems, whether driving architectural speakers directly or extending existing Mirage installations.

With six amplified zones plus two pre-amp zones, native IP control, analog, digital coaxial, and TOSLINK inputs, the M-6250 provides installers with a flexible, high-fidelity solution for scalable projects. It’s equally at home as a standalone matrix amplifier in a control system or as part of a complete distributed audio ecosystem.

Important Note: The M-6250 does not include built-in streaming capabilities. It can receive audio over the network from Autonomic Music Servers or Streaming Amplifiers via eAudioCast, or play from its local inputs.

Key Features

Purpose-Built Amplification
Engineered to deliver stable, low-distortion power across all zones. Ideal as the primary amplifier in a centralized audio rack or as an expansion to existing MAx Amplifiers or M Series Music Servers.

Flexible System Design
Operate as an independent IP-controllable distribution amplifier or pair with any of our music servers or streaming amplifier to enable networked audio playback via eAudioCast™.

eAudioCast Integration
When combined with Autonomic streaming sources, the M-6250 can receive high-resolution network streams and distribute them across zones, creating a decentralized whole-home system that resides entirely on the network.

High-Resolution Digital Inputs
Two coaxial and two TOSLINK inputs preserve digital source integrity up to 24-bit/192 kHz, maintaining reference-grade quality until the final amplification stage.

Scalable Architecture
Easily expand from 8 to 96 zones by bridging multiple amplifiers—M-6250, MA6, or MA4—within the same system. Advanced zone grouping and linking options make it simple to manage large installations.

Comprehensive Control
Full IP control support enable tight integration with control systems. Volume, source, power, and mute can be addressed per zone. Control is also available through the TuneBridge app, the Autonomic web interface, and our KP-6 Keypads.

Six Keypad Ports
Bring designer elegance and simplicity to your Autonomic Audio System with KP-6 in-wall keypads. Each M-6250 can power up to 6 KP-6 keypads over standard category cabling.
